Herb Crusted Atlantic Salmon
Over wild rice pilaf with sugar snap peas, Oven roasted red pepper coulis and aged balsamic glaze.

Apple-Thyme Roasted Chicken
Stone ground polenta, oven roasted apple, fall garden vegetables, with a cranberry and late harvest wine reduction.
