Served with roasted fingerling potatoes, French green beans, and a pineapple-red pepper salsa

Served over wild mushroom risotto with grilled asparagus, and a lemon demi-glaze

*Seafood Paella

Maine lobster, jumbo Gulf shrimp, and Nantucket scallops simmered in saffron rice
with Spanish chorizo and fresh vegetables
